Equipped with the state-of-the-art 'Shine algorithm,' this advanced inspection machine meticulously examines the appearance of tablet and capsule blister boards. By utilizing sophisticated rejection software, it seamlessly separates substandard defective products, ensuring that only top-quality blister boards proceed beyond our factory. Post-packaging by the blister machine, the blister boards are oriented face down, transported via vacuum adsorption to the inspection station. Here, a high-precision camera system captures detailed images of each board, rigorously assessing their quality. Any defective products are automatically rejected, while the qualified ones seamlessly transition to the subsequent phase in the process.
